Saint's Ink

I’m honestly pretty upset I even have to write this because originally i was very excited to come meet my artist Ghoul. I was following her for a few months on instagram but i hadn’t been able to book due to our schedules. i texted her earlier in the week and we were both free for Saturday at 4pm. I had to pay a $25 fee to reserve my time slot. This did not come out of the total of the tattoo, but she told me that beforehand so i didn’t mind. The day comes and she texts me about 2 hours before asking if i can come at 4:30 instead which wasn’t a big deal. I show up at 4:20ish and the person at the front tells me she just arrived and is just getting settled. No big deal. Until it’s almost 5pm and i’m still waiting. She finally comes out and tells me she is just finishing up a tattoo and it should be 5/10 more minutes. Which is also confusing since when i came in i was told she just arrived. So how was she doing a tattoo? Anyways it’s 5:30 now an hour after my appointment time that i paid a fee to reserve. Why did i have to pay a fee to reserve a time slot that i was not given??? At this point i just leave because it was a 40 minute drive to get here for me, and i have work at 7pm. I text her and ask for my deposit back, very respectfully, since it was not my fault and i did waste both my time and gas money to get here for no reason. She told me “i know you didn’t want to wait but” and essentially blamed it on me and told me it’s non refundable. This is very upsetting to me because i lost my time and my money and i was rushing to work. Don’t come here waste of time. Terrible service.

This shop is clean, and everyone who I interacted with there was helpful, friendly, and professional. I had a memorial tattoo done for my late mother. I made an appointment with Chris Torres based upon photos I've seen of his prior work. I could not be any happier with him! His lettering is nothing short of amazing. Super precise, beautiful work. Chris is also personable, and very hygienic when he is working. It was a pleasure to get tattooed by him. I would 100% return to Chris in the future, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for lettering and/or black & gray work.

Alex worked on a huge cover up for me years ago and I’m currently finishing up my sleeve with him. Not only is he the best at what he does, but he listens to what you exactly want on your body. His Shop is super clean, the artwork around is beautiful, and his colleagues are extremely polite. Many artists around the area don’t like to work and listen to their clients, saints ink is completely different. I recommend anyone to get their tats from here, you won’t regret it. 10/10
