I had an amazing experience at Timeless Tattoo in Phoenix, AZ from start to finish. Everything began with a short consultation over Instagram with Noah, who was super responsive and helpful. After discussing my idea, he mentioned another artist at the studio who might be available. I then completed a quick consult over text with Julie, and she was incredibly friendly and informative right away. I stopped by the studio shortly after to meet her briefly and put down my deposit to schedule the appointment. From that point on, the process felt smooth and professional. When I arrived for my appointment, Julie showed me the custom design she created based on my references and ideas—and I instantly fell in love with it. She was very intentional about designing something that not only looked great on me but also aligned with her artistic style. After we finalized the design, she prepared two stencil sizes (one larger and one smaller). I asked if we could go with something in between, and she was completely accommodating. I also appreciated how upfront she was about pricing based on size—no surprises, just clear communication. The final result exceeded my expectations. Julie’s line work is incredibly clean, and her attention to detail truly makes a difference. The stipple shading, highlights, and subtle use of color made the tattoo pop even more than I imagined. On top of her talent, she made me feel comfortable the entire time. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the process, the experience, and the outcome. I highly recommend Timeless Tattoo and especially Julie if you’re looking for thoughtful artistry and high-quality work!

*UPDATED REVIEW* I am a 100% disabled combat vet who went to Timeless Tattoo for a very personal tattoo based on Sisyphus pushing a rock uphill for eternity. I provided a picture of the work I wanted and unfortunately, the outcome is terrible. I meant the tattoo to be a daily reminder to never quit and push back against demons and addiction but what I got was a tattoo making me regret going to Timeless Tattoo. The owner, Noah, said they would do what they can to fix the tattoo but never said he would fix the issue before tellling me he was done talking about the situation. Please do not go to this business for any tattoos that actually mean something to you. Nando Sanchez is the man! Amazing black and gray tattoo style. I went on for a consultation today n Tuesday late afternoon and he found time to work the ink that same day. Great work, shading is a perfect and I could not be happier with the result. The entire staff was friendly and courteous to me and every other customer I saw them interact with during my time in the shop. Other artists stopped by to see the work in progress, shared stories and a positive attitude. My first contact was with the owner, Noah. Great guy and cares about his business. He was going to do my work but suggested Nando due to his specializing at n black and gray. I cannot say enough about this business the artists, and support staff. I have already scheduled my next tattoo with these pros.
