Katie is amazing!! She’s an EMT so she has a real medical background, which made me feel way more comfortable getting pierced. She’s super energetic, fun to talk to, and genuinely kind. She walks you through the whole process, explains what she’s doing, and answers every question without making you feel rushed. I really appreciated that she’s honest and won’t overdo your piercings just to make a sale. She actually cares about what will heal well and look good long term. She even took the time to fix my original piercings from another shop that weren’t healing right, and she did it for free. She makes the whole experience comfortable and easy, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. I highly recommend Katie to anyone looking to get pierced!

Katie was absolutely wonderful! She re-pierced my nose and it was a night & day experience. My healing was 100% better and she offer great vibes. Fast forward 8 months later......Katie pierced my triplet daughter's noses for their 16th birthday. Phenomenal experience for them as well. I really appreciate her craftmanship to the art. Katie was so sweet, I’ve never been here but needed my jewelry out due to an MRI. She not only did it without knowing me, but also put in retainers for me, showed me compassion, and was very informative on my piercings and how to maintain them.
