Good to know before you book
- Fine-line and micro work here demands a clear reference — bring high-res images and expect a short consult before the needle.
- Traditional pieces tend to be quoted by piece, not hourly. Ask for flash sheets if you want a same-week appointment.
- Larger Japanese pieces are usually booked across multiple sittings — plan for at least two visits.
- Realism and portrait work depends heavily on reference quality — clean, well-lit source photos make the biggest difference.
- Colour-heavy pieces benefit from a structured touch-up visit 4–6 weeks after healing.

This review is about Meganech Tattoos, an artist at this shop. I can’t recommend Megan due to extreme disorganization and a lack of respect for clients' time. Despite her talent, the stress of working with her isn't worth it. Examples: - For my last session, she rescheduled me three different times on the day of the appointment. When I showed up for the fourth attempt, she wasn't even at the shop, claiming she put 4 AM in her calendar instead of 4 PM. I had to wait another 45 minutes at the shop for her to get there. At the end of the appointment, we scheduled the next session. Then a few days later, she messaged me to reschedule that session. - I set a clear boundary from day one that I needed to see a design draft a couple of days before an appointment. She agreed to this, yet failed to provide it even 20 hours before my most recent session. - When I checked in to see the design (as previously agreed), she became defensive, citing her "ADHD brain" and "streamlined process" as reasons for the delay. Instead of acknowledging the missed deadline or her history of no-shows, she "fired" me as a client for "not trusting her process." Asking to see a permanent design for your body a day before the appointment is a standard expectation, especially when it was discussed upfront. If you need an artist who honors their word, keeps their schedule, or communicates reliably, look elsewhere.
Anatomy tattoo has got be one of the best shops I’ve ever had the pleasure of getting tattooed in. I’ve got work all over my body with hundreds of hours invested at shops across the US and abroad, but I’ve never felt more comfortable, safe, and respected. I started getting tattooed by Drew Linden late last year when we started a pretty extensive cover-up which has taken multiple sessions over the course of several months. She and everyone at the shop have been just stellar - super accommodating and the vibes are always so chill. It’s also so nice to have consistent communication with a project as large as this that takes so much time. Drew is simply a goddess. ✨ I go out of my way to recommend this shop and Drew specifically to everyone I can and will continue to because it really doesn’t get any better than this!
Anatomy has some amazing and incredible artists and overall incredible place to get tattooed. I would highly recommend my preferred artist Megan Echevarria. She has always prioritized quality and professionalism alongside client comfort. I always walk away feeling like I got the most amazing service and her tattoos are literal works of art. She has done SEVERAL of my tattoos at this point and has a wide range of talent from cover ups to artsy illustrative pieces and so so much more. I would give her more than 5 stars if Google would let me!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
