I have a decent amount of work done, and the highest quality work is from Oddball. Every single time I get excellent service, precision work done FAST, professional and experienced artists, who are kind and patient throughout the whole process. I trust the skill and efficiency of every artist in this shop so much that I have (and will again) walk in and feel confident getting matched up with any/all of their artists. This is the number one shop in Portland that I recommend to anyone who compliments my tattoos. They do a very good job working with you to make your vision come true as exact as they can, while being realistic with you about what it will look like 10, 20, 30 years down the road. Old man getting a tattoo for 1st time. No problems though colors are faded and have been since work was done 6 months ago. Need to go back for touch up. They made it a fun experience

Very cool location und nice folks. Went spontaneously and everything went so smooth and nice. Felt like a safe zone :) We'll definitely come back for sure!
