Passin’ Thru Tattoo

Todd Clark is an excellent tattoo artist and an awesome guy - there’s no kidding when they say the friendliest tattoo shop in Portland. They genuinely love walk-ins (rare) and do fantastic work. Will be back! I got a quick line art tattoo and my friend got an American traditional rose that Todd drew by hand. Both turned out excellent!

I've gone to Todd for ten of my tattoos now and he's the best! Super willing to work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. He's very up front about what will look good / and what you should stay away from. Pricing is very reasonable. Great experience everytime- would recommend to anyone !

This is a relatively new shop (a few months over a year old at time of posting), but has plenty of great artists and great tattoos. They always answer the phone, generally have plenty of walk-in availability and do stellar work. They have plenty of flash to pick from the wall or book, and are of course open to custom work. I’ve been personally tattooed by most of the artists here, and they are always friendly, efficient and talented. Make sure to check out the shop or the artist on Instagram too! As far as the photographed tattoos (all picked from in-shop flash), Gavin did the frog and butterfly. Todd did the hummingbird. Abby did the flower portrait. Shelton did the swallow as a matching tattoo with Marlena on a friend. I haven’t been personally tattooed by A.B or Marlena yet, but they both do great work and have some lovely original designs. All of these were between $100-$200 each, which I think are good rates. Don’t miss this shop! Great spot for a quality tattoo. Great artist, good vibes.
