Portland's Underground Tattoo Studio

I had a phenomenal time getting tattooed here by Joseph. Perfect if you want to get a late night walk-in. The quality of the work is great and all the guys were super friendly and accommodating. I got a flash tattoo but he was more than willing to add shading and other changes if requested. I will definitely be coming back for another tattoo!

I brought my son here to get his first tattoo, from Seattle, to ensure he had the best possible person working on him. Joseph is patient, extremely deliberate, and 100% dedicated to providing the best possible outcome for his clients. He spent almost two hours working with my son to get the artwork JUST right, reminding him every step of the way that this was going to be with him forever, so let's take the time to get it the way you want. In addition, while we were there, he had visits from community outreach program leaders that he partners with to help the community. We spoke about the work they do, as well as the upcoming blanket/food drive that Portland Underground Tattoo sponsors in the winter. It was such a breath of fresh air to know that we were in the hands of not only a skilled artist, but someone that devotes his time to giving back. I was already a life-long client, and now he's definitely created a new one with my son. Thank you for all that you do, for your clients and your community. It was a pleasure spending the evening in your shop!
