I recommend this shop. Because they are very professional, Very talented, very kind and respectful, the quality of work is top notch. I walked in right around closing time, determined to get a tattoo, i had no appointment scheduled either, we ended up staying there until like 10 o'clock at night finishing up the tattoo. I think that it was awesome that Change kept the shop open for just me. Change was very chill, great personality, and very intelligent. we had wonderful conversations, it was a pleasure to get to have such good company while sitting there. He took my design and made it even doper than the original. Very talented individual. He was very accommodating as well. He even bought me a coconut water and a candy bar, which was very thoughtful. They definitely don't do half assed choppy tattoos here. They take pride in the art they are applying, as if they were the ones receiving the tattoo. I really appreciated that. They were very clean, and made sure I was comfortable. when it started to really hurt, I was too proud to say so, but he could tell, I wasn't showing signs that it hurt either. He offered me some numbing stuff, but I refused. About a half hour later he made me feel ok about using the numbing stuff, which I thought was really really cool, because tattoos hurt, but I didn't want to be a pussy. He made me feel ok about using it, i really loved that. After we were done i was so freakin pumped because I absolutely love my tattoo so much, it is great work! I would go here over, and over, and over. If you want a good tattoo, no if you want a peice of art, a masterpiece. Then come to Powell tattoo, you will not be disappointed, I promise you that. Thank you Change, you are such an awesome dude, such a great tattoo artist, it was a pleasure to get to know you. I can't wait till I got some time, and $$$ cause I'm there!!! God bless you. NICKY

Amazing parlor! Super clean, amazing prices for the work and friendly environment. The artists have an incredible range of styles to offer. They were incredibly accomodating and got us in for a next day tattoo appointment for our anniversary. The bees are SO CUTE!!! Cozy was an absolute gem and did an amazing job ❤️ They're one of the gentlest artists I've ever met. Everyone in the shop held great conversation and were really helpful with our questions and concerns. I'll definitely be coming back for more work from these guys in the future! I'll have to post a few more pics when they heal a little more (and a pic of my fiance's finished piece), but they already look practically healed the next day :0

i had such an amazing experience! 10/10, i was a walk-in and i called about an hour beforehand to let them know. justin helped me out, drew up the tattoo pretty quick, and we got started. he was sooo kind and the environment was clean and very calming. i'm definitely going back for more!!
