Had my nose piercing reopened, and Matt was incredibly gentle throughout the process. The service was great, Matt was super friendly and professional, which made the whole experience really comfortable. I loved my visit and will definitely be coming back!

I got my tattoo with Matt, what an amazing experience. He walked me though everything, allowed me to take breaks whenever I needed. I had an incredible time. It did not hurt and I was in and out in an hour (this is not to say they rush their work), as it came out perfect!

I specifically went here to get a conch piercing after reading the reviews that they had a new piercer. I told them I wanted to have a ring eventually and was told I could pierce with a ring, which was contrary to what almost every other piercer said - especially for the conch to heal properly. I insisted I would pierce with a stud and when I went to get the jewelry on another piercing downsized was informed that the angle my conch was pierced at was not good and would make it such that I could not wear a ring without a lot of weird space. Waste of money
