Body360 Tattoos and Piercings Louise Zavala

Took my kids ( 6 and 8) to see Jenny to get their ears pierced a few weeks ago. They were SLAMMED, so the wait was longer than typical. That said, the guy at the counter ( idr his name) was so sweet. My girls were excited and very chatty and he was sooo very patient and responded to everything they said to him. Most people would have been irritated, but he made them feel important. On to the piercing. Jenny took her time making sure the dots were perfectly lined up for both girls. She did not rush them or seem impatient at all. She made sure they weren't scared before proceeding and explained things thoroughly to them before she started. She gave them an excellent experience. My only downside was the stone fell out of one of the kids ear rings already, but they only need these in for a couple more weeks anyway before they get nicer ones so I'm not concerned.

Body 360 has significantly declined in quality over the past year. I’ve had multiple piercings done there in the past, and it’s the only place I’d buy my jewelry from, even though I have to drive out from Illinois just because of how much I used to love it. Now, they hardly ever have a pricier , and if they do, they can only do the basics. If that’s the case, I could just go to Claire’s. I’ve been waiting for at least six months for flat-back nose jewelry. The first few weeks, they had a small section and told me to check back in a few weeks for new stock. This was five months ago. I’ve been in and out of that place just for the jewelry, only to be told to come back in a few weeks or “I’m not the one who orders.” It’s incredibly disappointing not being able to walk in and get an industrial piercing or the jewelry I need. The staff there have been very rude and unpleasant. I think they have their own challenges at work, but I try not to take it personally. It’s just really disappointing and frustrating spending my gas driving out there on days when they are supposed to be open and have closed early.

The cartilage fell out 2 days later and I paid extra for the flat back. My nose was pierced at a downward angle not straight in and had to come out bc the flat back was out of my nostril. I called and wanted a refund 2 days later for 2 failed piercings and was told they don't do refunds on services. That's ridiculous. So if I get a shitty service but I can come back and let you pierce me again. Why would I trust you again. So 90 bucks wasted at body 360. The only good thing was the girl who answered the phone. I told her to quit and go to a tattoo shop bc she's better than 360. So am I and I should have gone to a tattoo shop as well. Very disappointed
