Jessica did my birthday tattoo and she was awesome! She took the time to capture the essence of my plant, and made sure everything was to my liking. She was super friendly and worked efficiently- it didn’t hurt even over old scars. I love the cleanliness and safety measures they take making everyone wash their hands, get a temp check and wear a mask. I also love Jessica offers touch ups for up to a year, she stands by her work if you need to come back. Also major props for doing memorial cremation ash tattoos! The location is great, I was able to walk from my hotel on Glenwood and the shop style/decor is so fun. I am really glad Jessica was able to get me in when I emailed a week before- I highly recommend her!
I went here about three months ago to get my belly button pierced. The piercer was really nice during the appointment, but unfortunately the piercing got badly infected because it wasn’t done correctly. She told me to reach out if I had any issues, so I called and even left a voicemail, but I never heard back. I ended up having to take it out, and now I’m left with a red scar on my stomach. I appreciate that she was kind during the appointment, but I can’t recommend this place for belly button piercings since I wasted money and never received any follow-up support. also i have a huge scar from where she pierced it w scar tissue and it’s red even tho i took out the piercing out a lil bit ago it’s still red around the piercing
Piercer was nice, but she botched my friends and I piercings. She pierced me with a smaller needle and shoved the needle through instead of just admitting she messed up. Then on my friend, she ripped the jewelry out on accident with her glove, then reshoved the used needle through the same hole with jewelry. Now she has a large, red hard scar on her face.
