I’ve been debating about leaving a review for a long time. Now that I’ve finally gotten a 2nd tattoo I realize how poor my first experience was. My tattoo artist, Painless, was first over an hour late for the appointment (that should have been my first clue). I was then the only one getting tattooed. Not only did he have no sketch ready (unlike was told to me when I made the appointment), he had absolutely no idea what I was coming in to get. During the tattooing, he seemed more interested in watching South Part and talking to his friend than the work. He seemed clearly distracted because some of the outlines ended up not even matching the sketch stencil! Finally, I never got to see the colors beforehand which I was ok with. Then he did the under-eye red which made it look like the animal was high which I hated. When I asked if he could change that he said no and I was horrified. It was truly a terrible experience that going to a new place made me realize. I absolutely wished I asked for my deposit back and left after so many red flags before it was too late. The whole reason I went to him in the first place was on a referral and I’m completely disappointed.

I had my first tattoo done here, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Justin was incredibly respectful, patient, and detailed in bringing my vision to life. This was a memorial piece for my dad, so it carried a lot of weight, and Justin treated it with the care it deserved. From the first stencil to the final shading, he made sure the sizing, placement, and flow felt right, and the final result exceeded my expectations. The eagle, crest, and lettering came out clean and powerful. This is exactly how I hoped it would look. The shop itself is clean, professional, and welcoming, and Laura helped make scheduling and communication smooth. I never felt rushed at any point. If you’re looking for an artist who listens and takes pride in their work, I can’t recommend Justin and Unbroken enough. I’ll definitely be back
