I’m impressed with the manager Izzy who assisted me with my tattoo removal process. She was friendly, experienced, and incredibly helpful. She answered all of my questions and made the process feel comfortable and stress-free. I really appreciated her professionalism and care. Will be back soon !

If you want a tattoo gone, this is the place to be! They are amazing at what they do. Initially I visited different laser places using the free consultations and Zapatat in Herndon was THE top place I visited, thanks to the owner who happened to take my initial call and Rudina who helped me understand the full process, aftercare process, what to expect overall and she just made me feel so comfortable and I had such a good feeling about them and that I could trust them. (at other places I did not feel the same) Once I was in, I had a great technician Izzy, who was SO kind to me because I was veryyy nervous. Rudina even let me hold her hand because I was that nervous haha, but safe to say the pain was not as bad as I thought. Pricing was fair and they are definitely a more cost effective place in comparison! This was only my first procedure so Ill update later with how the tattoo turns out.

Wonderful experience - the manager Izzy was engaging, gracious, and thorough creating a personal yet professional environment. It is less painful than expected, and more of an electric shock. If you could bear your tattooing you can certainly bear a Zapatat removal!
