I got my septum pierced by Nycole, and she was amazing from start to finish! The vibe in the shop was chill but professional, and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She answered every question I had (and I had plenty 😅) and gave clear, detailed aftercare instructions so I knew exactly how to take care of it. The piercing itself was quick, clean, and surprisingly easy. If you’re thinking about getting pierced, especially your septum, go see Nycole. She knows her stuff, has a gentle hand, and makes the whole experience stress-free. I’ll definitely be back when I’m ready for my next one! 💫

I got my first tattoo done with Jaime and he did an amazing job! It was my first tattoo and I was slightly nervous, but he did a great of explaining how it may feel and how to breathe through it and explained a lot of the steps along the way. He also added a little personal flair at my request to the design I shared with him and I loved that too. Cannot recommend enough, I’m getting my second one next week from him

They pierced my Ashley with a curved post and balls leading into the piercing not healing correctly. They also had an inexperienced piercer watch me get done at the time, I didn’t think anything about it but after my Ashley piercing was healing incorrectly that’s when I really thought of the whole situation. Also the piercing price was supposedly going to be $55 but at the end I ended paying $110 for standard stainless steel jewelry which wasn’t the correct type of jewelry for the piercing I got!! Very nice place, good people have always done my piercings there but they really disappointed me with this experience. I went to lucky 13 and they changed out the jewelry for me FREE of charge and they did my helix for 20 dollars including the jewelry. L trash city
