My daughter loves Claire’s by the way. I visited Claire’s of Rock Hill SC today. When I say Trish the store manager attitude was awful and unacceptable as the face of Claire’s. I told my daughter to return a toy that she had purchased already, Trish told her she could not return the toy because she had opened the package. I returned with my daughter and son and soon as I walked in the door to Claire’s Trish started yelling at me saying my daughter couldn’t return the toy because she wanted to that’s not how it works. I read Trish the receipt for returns and Trish pulls out another return policy saying she did not want to return it because she don’t want to explain to her supervisor why she did a return. I advised Trish my daughter is only 10 and I’m sure your supervisor would understand Trish continues to YELL and be unprofessional when this is clearly a place that young kids like to come and shop. My daughter was traumatized by how unprofessional, disrespectful and rude she was and doesn’t want to return to this Claire’s. I would love if the video would be pulled because Trish stated she will call her supervisor because I was wrong and she is right. Clearly this is not a call center or a at need basis type of job it’s a place where customer service is important not only for the up and coming generation but to let kids know this world is not all mean and there allowance is well spent. Just sad I had to witnessed my daughter being yelled at by a manager that clearly didn’t want to be there.

This is an amazing store Ms. Trish loves her customer and makes everyone feel loved and like family were in this store at least once a week and every employee treats everyone with love respect and dignity. Pls don't focus on the bad reviews because this is one store that love truly loves it's customers and the store manager makes you feel like family not just a customer we love her so much #happy customer best customer service

I got my daughter’s ears pierced by Trish at Galleria Mall. She did an amazing job helping my daughter to stay calm and have a great experience. I sooo appreciate the help and support. My daughter’s so happy. (: highly recommend.
