Overall pretty good experience I’ve gotten a total of 4 piercings by them tiny inconveniences with acouple of em. 4/5 months ago I got an industrial done by them practically since the beginning the piercing has always been angry I have good after care and don’t sleep on it i gave it extra time because maybe my ear just wanted to be extra but after the second month I was pretty positive the piercing was pierced to closed to my flat and was leaving indentation on my ear thus causing it to be angry and form piercing bumps I went back for them to take a look at it n they said it was normal and okay and was only pressing against my ear because of my piercing bumps. I decided to get a second opinion from a shop that was app recommended and they confirmed that the bottom piercing was pierced to closed to my flat causing it to constantly press against my ear no amount of time would fix it. I had to remove the piercing and now I’m hoping that the damage isn’t permanent as it looks like it might have caused some damage to my ear tattoo, I’m pretty disappointed I do like the shop but not sure if I’ll return after this worst part is it’s basically like I threw away 120$ it’d be nice if I could at least be refunded for the piercing itself.

Jenna was fantastic and fit in my brother and I in for small walk-in tattoos. She made our little tattoo to our description perfectly and her hand was light. If I lived closer I would definitely go back to her! The shop minimum is $100, so just be prepared. The man with the long hair at check in was super nice as well (I didn’t get his name). Overall I’d recommend this shop, it is clean and organized. The jewelry display cabinet could use a dusting though, but that’s not really an issue.

Zackerry was so kind and professional! They walked me through every step of the way. They were also knowledgable regarding my concern of rejected piercings. I have very tiny ears and though it was difficult, they did an awesome job with the placement of my new rook. Rook was fairly priced at $90 including jewelry I got to pick the color of. 10/10 would recommend.
