My son and I went in today to get piercings. The service was fantastic and, as many others stated, very professional. I got a rookie and snug piercing and Tommy thoroughly explained the process, after-care and made sure I was happy with placement before proceeding with the piercings. My 13 year old son was getting both helix pierced and we forgot to bring his birth certificate with us. Totally on me for not thoroughly preparing ahead of time, but they very courteously explained state laws and took care of my piercings first to allow my husband time to return with the necessary paperwork for our son. I truly appreciate their focus on compliance and safety above all! Tommy then did a great job of piercing my son's ears. We're both extremely happy with our experience!

Tommy is knowledgeable about piercing and has a superb work ethic. My 8-year-old daughter and I got our ears pierced by him. Not only did he (and his wife) explain the whole process thoroughly, but when my daughter had questions about the tools he uses, he took the time to show her what each one is used for, with no rush. He is kind and fun. We left the studio feeling it was the best piercing experience ever! But it didn't end there; one of my earrings got snagged on my sweater the next day and fell off. It was Tommy's day off, and the studio was closed. I left him a voicemail, expecting to hear back the next day, but he called me back immediately. He tried to give me specific instructions on how to put it back in, but perhaps he heard the hesitation in my tone, so he called back and asked me to meet with him at the studio so he could put it back in for me. I was surprised and felt so relieved. He cared for his client so much that he took the time from his day off to help. I hope Tommy doesn't have to do that all the time now I'm sharing about it, but I do want people to know that he goes the extra mile to make sure the piercing(s) turn out perfectly!! My daughter calls him "the nicest person," we recommend Tommy to anyone interested in getting their ears pierced!!
