The whole staff was great! They were very gentle when my sister and I first got our piercings with Biagio. We came back a few weeks later and Kat changed our jewelry and downsized for us! She did amazing. We love this shop very much and feel very comfortable here. For reference, my sister added a ball to her septum and changed her anti-eyebrow. I was going to change my vertical labret but she recommended I come back later when it fully heals. She changed my eyebrow within seconds and was very patient and steady with us!!

Biagio did both my reverse Kitty bites and my left eyebrow as well as replacing the jewelry in my right one. The whole experience felt very professional and I can tell he really cares about what he does making sure everything is lined up correctly and you’re feeling comfortable throughout the whole experience! I’ll never go anywhere else after this it’s my new Favorite spot🖤

Went on a whim and got my septum pierced. Got right in, and was treated with great hospitality and a higher degree of professionalism and respect than I have had in other shops. Something which sadly can often be overlooked these days in any business that deals directly with the public. The experience was pleasant and quick, with great consideration for my comfort and an equally impressive eye for detail to insure that the job was done properly. Although I expressed that I was familiar with the correct steps needed to avoid any issues during the healing process, Biagio (my piercer) was adamant about making sure I understood by explaining things thoroughly, and even provided some information that proved I did not know as much as I needed or at least as much as I thought I knew about proper aftercare procedures. Obviously I would have no trouble recommending this place and will definitely go back to him specifically for any future piercings. Thanks man!!!
