Loyalty Tattoos

A month before the visit from Florida I was researching tattoo places. I found Nick Phillips and reached out on instagram to make an appointment. Our artist friend drew a whole flash sheet for us and we chose the eye that is blooming, I made sure to ask if it was okay that it’s someone else’s art and he was so down! We got there and it was the most eccentric tattoo shop I’ve ever been to! So much beautiful art, even in the bathroom. Everyone was so warm and welcoming! It was my boyfriend’s first tattoo and they made him feel super comfortable. I have a ton of tattoos so I gave a lot of advice for healing but so did Nick! He put second skin on and said to leave it for 5-6 days, but once I got back to Florida after a full 5 days I took it off and it was peeling a little but looks great. There’s a lot of moisture in the air down here so it heals faster, while Utah is very dry, so he kept his on longer. It was nice to chat with Nick, he said he comes to Tampa/ybor every February for a tattoo convention they do every year. ANdI am born and raised in Tampa so I’d love to reconnect with him again! But I’ll be back in Utah in November and we already have an idea do our next tattoo designed by another artist friend! Thank you all for being so kind. ❤️

This place is great! I'm from out of town and I found this place on Google. If you are looking to get a tatt and seek hanging out with cool people and getting some work done-this is the place! Great location and super cool store. Nice waiting area outside and clean professional atmosphere. Packy took good care of me. I love my new tattoo. I highly recommend.

Cory helped me with my first tattoo and I'm extremely grateful I got to experience this with him. He did a great job making me feel at ease and my tattoo looks amazing! Will definitely be back to see him again.
