I had an amazing experience at Pleasant Dreams Tattoo. I will definitely be going back. Mike was fantastic - he took the time to listen to what I wanted, I showed him a picture, and he immediately started sketching it out. It only took him 30 minutes to complete the sketch, and then I was in the chair within 15 more minutes. Mike was considerate of the pain and checked in with me to see if I wanted to continue. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Plus, Big is also a friend, so it's a no-brainer for me.

I always see their big sign at 410 and 281. Needed some things added to an existing tattoo. Mike helped me out and helped me also see how faded the tattoo had gotten in 1.5 years. So what is a guy to do, but go back the next day and have him rework it for me. But even with that, the skill and knowledge from 20+ years Mike was able to make this look better than the original pin-up back in 1942. I have gotten awesome feedback from my friends seeing it. I’m working on some pictures for Mike to look at and make up a new piece for me. Please check them out.

My husband and I have been coming here religiously since 2019. Combined; we have got over 30 tattoos. Between Richard; Mike and Rede. Richard a.k.a BIG is our main artist. He’s very professional and is amazing. Mike is super friendly, ready to tattoo and a very good artist! Lindsay is the shop manager and is always so welcoming and super nice The tattoo shop is very clean and the atmosphere is very calm and chill. I love that it is also child friendly; my son has been there on multiple appointments at the waiting area. The list goes on and on. The best TATTOO SHOP in San Antonio!
