I came in for a helix piercing amazing piercer very knowledgeable it was fast and easy experience. Also the front desk guy James was amazing love him! He is so sweet
My 5yr old kept asking to get her ears done so we went here after researching a few people. He did an amazing job with her, and did his best to calm her down when she saw the needles and got scared. He's very patient and did wonderful with her.
The customer service is excellent. They're very personable and knowledgeable. I had a surface tragus piercing that was done incorrectly (in another state). They were able to help me with that piercing, and give me another surface tragus piercing, done correctly, in front of my other ear. Thank you for all of your help and your kindness! Additional post: I wanted an industrial piercing, but I have been told by several piercers I don't have the correct ear anatomy. Oreo is the first person who gave me an alternative, so I now have a floating industrial piercing.
