Jenny did an incredible job! I asked her for a specific color and she color matched. She was very precise and my lips turned out perfect! You can tell that she is knowledgeable in her field/industry and she’s very good at what she does. Jenny is super friendly, personable, but also extremely professional. All of these are important when permanently placing things on your face, ha ha ha! Additionally, she’s a joy to spend hours with! My photo is almost a week after, so during the healing stages. It will come out much brighter during the next month.

I'm editing my review with a response to the business' response at the very end. I’m surprised at all the positive reviews for this business. The lady who did my lip neutralizing (Jenny) was unpleasant and incompetent. When I got there for my appointment, she made me wait 30 minutes. She told me I would most likely need just 1 session and then could get the permanent lipstick. She gave me a “numbing cream” (though she'd previously said that it wouldn’t hurt and I’d probably fall asleep during the process). It was the most painful experience ever (and I've had my eyebrows tattoed with a different artiist). When I asked for a break to use the bathroom, she rudely said, “Again?” I didn’t know it was a crime to use the bathroom twice. Despite the agony I was in, she didn’t give me any breaks to catch my breath even though she had promised me as many breaks as I needed. It was like she was trying to rush through, even though she was the one who started late. Despite all this, I gave her a very generous tip - in fact, she said I was being too generous. After all that pain, rudeness and money, the procedure didn’t work. She was terse when I wanted reassurance during the healing process. When I told her after waiting nearly 3 months the procedure was ineffective, she said I needed a neutralization touch-up before I did the final permanent color. She wanted payment while booking the touch appointment, so I asked her how she knew the touch-up would work since it didn't the first time. And then she blew up, telling me she had wasted enough time with me and wouldn’t finish the job. I told her she had to refund the charge in that case, as the treatment hadn’t worked AND her customer service sucked. Net-net, she did a bad job, and was rude and impatient. There are other excellent places in the Bay Area. Avoid this place. Here's my response to the business's response: - First, she just posted a screenshot of a private conversation between us. That's defamation. I could do the same but I'm not going to put myself in the wrong here. She also called me a lunatic and was extremely rude and insulting in her texts to me. To which I responded, with my factual, if not friendly, note. - Second, I've had plenty of service providers provide excellent service. Like a lot of consumers, I only review the tiny minority of bad ones. And she was in this category. - Third, I will pursue this legally, as Artizen needs to know they can't get away with charging people when the results don't work. Her contract says she cannot be asked for a refund, but anyone with any understanding of consumer protection laws will know that this is ridiculous. - Fourth, I set up a touch-up, not because her work was good, but because I was hoping to see some kind of result at least the second time, since I'd already paid her $725 + a $100 tip. That's when she cancelled me, saying I was too anxious about the process for her to deal with me anymore. - Fifth, she did make me wait half an hour. Everything else I said in my review above is also entirely true. The reason I think she's racist is that she was super sweet and patient with the Caucasian client before me. Racism is not a thing any more, Jenny. Get with the program. She was rude and terse with me in the salon, wanted to rush the process, and absolutely was annoyed that I wanted to use the bathroom a second time. - Last, I will not be posting here anymore, no matter what her untruthful response is. I just wanted to let unsuspecting future clients know about this business. There are so many other make-up artists, so why put up with incompetence and impolite behavior? Then again, you can choose to ignore my review and focus on all the other suspiciously 5 star ratings. :-)

Jenny is wonderful at what she does! She took her time to confirm that placement of my brows were where I wanted and made changes based on my request. If you are considering Nano brow please be sure to reach out to Artizen Ink. Our 2nd phase appt was just as great. Making sure that definition of the brows look real. If you're looking to have your brows done Jenny is someone who is great and you can trust.
