Removery Tattoo Removal & Fading

This review is long over due… I keep meaning to write one and I am finally writing one now. I can’t recommend Removery enough! Even though I live just 5 minutes away from another location, I choose to drive about an hour to this one because the service is that good. Melissa usually works with me, and she’s absolutely the best, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of the team members here. Had my first session at Removery in West San Jose today and the team there really made it a great experience. Melissa, Cheyenne, and Lydia were all fantastic. They’re friendly, super knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing me at all. They answered my questions patiently and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. They were really careful during the treatment too, checking in often and making sure I stayed as comfortable as possible. The session was quick and went smoothly. I’m really glad I started my removal journey here. Thanks again Melissa, Cheyenne, and Lydia. Looking forward to the next session!

I've been coming to this place for roughly 6 months now and am very happy with the results. Lydia and Cheyanne (sorry if I misspelled their names) are the gals I've had most of my interactions with, and their customer service is above and beyond. They always have a smile on their face and have always had an answer for me when I have asked about my treatment. Depending on what days you go, you might be welcomed by a different person, but all in all, the whole staff is very knowledgeable and professional. This location is conveniently located by local freeway and expressway so getting there is rather easy. You dont have to drive through the whole city just to get there. Great place. Great staff. Great results.
