They do have good jewelry selection if you like danity minimalist jewelry , however like these reviews said the service is kinda bad…. they’re very standoffish. The girl with multiple lip piercings with long blonde hair does not seemed like she wanted to work there ☠️ as well as the piercer.. idk I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, there are better in the bay. Some staff are nice and friendly tho. You’d just have to gamble ✌️

Before I could open my mouth, the girl at the counter told me she couldn't allow dogs inside. While I understand the policy. My small dog is clearly marked as a service animal. I wanted to purchase jewelry, not get a piercing. It's not her fault. But it's a very strange policy given the context.

I came here with my girlfriend who doesn’t have that much knowledge about piercings and has only had her belly button piercing for a year. She asked the worker questions about how to change a piercing since she’s never changed it. After she bought 50 dollars worth of piercings and was done talking to the worker she went to sit on the chair to change it to the new one. There was no signs of anything that says that changing your piercing inside is not allowed. When she was changing it the worker yelled extremely loudly at her that changing it was not allowed inside the store. It’s understandable but to raise your voice in a very rude way especially to a customer was extremely unprofessional. The worker knew beforehand that she didn’t have any experience with changing the piercing and she’s a minor. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
