My experience with Hayley was beyond amazing!!! Her work is truly professional and the outcome of my tattoo was beyond beautiful! I’m truly so glad I trusted in her with this experience, it was my first time ever going to her and she exceeded my expectations! I will MOST DEFINITELY be going back to her in the near future and I truly HIGHLY recommend her! I had a few schedule changes with my job and just life and she was very understanding and willing to accommodate my schedule! So thankful for her! Her shop is clean, in a convenient area and easy to find! I will be sending family members and friends to her shop in the future for their tattoos!!

I have been going to Hayley for my tattoos. She always does an incredible job and is patient and understanding. I really appreciate her re-creating and creating my tattoos!!! I will keep going back to get more ink done that's for sure!

Business owner is untrustworthy, untimely and unprofessional. Had appointment to drop my motorcycle on a day outside of regular business hours after having a verbal conversation with owner about availability. Owners no call no show, but later texted and tried to blame me for the mistake claiming miscommunication. Ok I gave him that, had my son bring the bike the next day, he still wasn’t there but the tattoo artist was , who said I had to leave a deposit that was never discussed previously. I left instructions to please call as to work needing done. No calls, no word nothing. I call and call, finally get a response over a month after appointment. My bike wasn’t even looked at yet. Each time I speak with business owner the job should be done without any more issue and finishing by the following week, and somehow the blame lies with the bike I have or the universal sidecar never his responsibility. By month 2 I call and say if you can’t do it I’ll pick it up, but he wants me to pay for work done. At that point I was willing to pay his ransom to get my motorcycle and sidecar back and I go to the shop to find him working on the bike. The bike is is worse shape than before I dropped it off, but me being silly and wanting to believe in people listened to his bs again we discussed the problem with the running of the bike, which didn’t exist before leaving it with this shop, and was convinced that it would be completed with sidecar mounted by the end of the month, October. I tried to call throughout December until the last week of December when I was able to call daily. Today is 12/28. Finally have my bike and sidecar not mounted and damaged damaged. I don’t know for sure if the bike runs, he said it did when I picked them up. He and his assistant were kud enough to load the bike and sidecar onto my trailer and strap them down. Incorrectly but they did it. I questioned the way in which he had it all loaded and he said he’s never had any problems with a trailer he loaded so I thought he knew more than me, a 49 year old woman that works with dogs. I didn’t get half a mile before the bike was not even strapped to the trailer anymore. When I called, hoping he could at least come help me unload and reload, he blamed me for the speed I drive. I texted him and although polite via text always blaming others for his failures. Things to improve on.
