I’ve been getting tattooed by Phil since 2018 and he is definitely one of the best in the business. I’ve gotten a handful of pieces from him, my favorite being the full back piece he completed over four individual sessions. His art is amazing and ability to really make it come to life is unmatched. Whether it’s your first tattoo or you 100th, it’s impossible to go wrong getting tattooed here.

I travel an hour and a half from Kitsap County to get inked by Phil. He did a floral half sleeve for me followed by a large rib piece a few years later. I provided him with a few inspirational pics and he was able to create custom pieces that are truly gorgeous. He's professional, the studio is clean, and he made my entire experience comfortable from start to finish. There's nobody I trust more than Phil to tattoo me. I highly recommend him!
