Heartbreaker Tattoo

Heartbreaker was awesome!! Our artist and his wife are so great- chillest people who were so accommodating. My friends and I went on Friday the 13th and got some tattoos but there was one design I wanted that couldn’t be done due to a broken printer. They let me come back the next week and still honored the $13 price. I will absolutely be going back for Friday the 13th next month and anytime I want some new ink. Thanks Heartbreaker!!

I just had my tattoo done by kai at heartbreaker and it was just an amazing experience! He went above and beyond what I expected, he was so kind, friendly, light handed and just an awesome soul. You can tell he really loves what he does. I can't wait to come back and get more work done! I really can't say enough good things, 100% recommend him! Thank you kai!!!!

I saw a review about you guys littering that I wanted to second but it seems you’ve deleted it as I can’t find it anymore. I took a screenshot of it though, and I have to say your response was EXTREMELY unprofessional and beyond rude. First off, I drive past your business multiple times a day, multiple days a week and almost every day see people smoking out front. I have only seen their butts being thrown in the street, never once have I seen anyone throw them in a trash can. Secondly, it’s officially downtown all the way up to Boone, only 3 blocks south of you so it’s not a wild statement to consider you guys downtown. Lots of people consider that the downtown area still. Third, your response saying “Can you get your business straight before leaving a review?” Is such an unprofessional and rude response. That person definitely had their businesses straight as, like I’ve said, I’ve seen multiple times people smoking cigarettes out front, throwing their butts on the ground, and then walking back into your business. You’re directly uphill from the river where do you think your litter goes? So, using your phrase, as a member of the community I certainly don’t appreciate your inability to be honest about your business and your inability to help protect our natural spaces. Beyond that your inability to respond in a professional manner is appalling. I’m dumbfounded you would leave such a rude response instead of apologizing to someone who’s a concerned member of the community, but as apparent from other reviews that just seems to be how you do business. Please do not support businesses/people like this! Edit: Stopped and took some pictures and videos this morning for proof.
