Urban Xpressions Tattoo Company

So I went to this place twice within a week trying to get a couple of tattoos. 1st time, I arrived around 12:30 and the shop wasn't open. Waited a few minutes before calling to find out what was going on. Mike said he was out running errands and wouldn't be there until after 3. So I left and tried again a few days later. Shop was open but he, again, wasn't there because Mike was running errands and couldn't be there for at least 2 hours. No worries though, I can take my money elsewhere.

I got my first tattoo here two years ago and they did great. I don't remember the guy's name, but the quality of the work was above expectations. I went back this year for a simple wrist tattoo and Kenny was my artist. I had to come back because he didn't fill in the letters of the tattoo. So I came back and he didn't go over every letter as he should have, and now some of the letters are crooked (there's an A on my wrist and you can't even see the inside of the letter). It was a simple minute tattoo. I don't know why it was so difficult to get it write, but I don't trust him enough to go back a third time. As if this wasn't bad enough, the customer service was horrible at best. Trying to get in touch with him from the touch up was nearly impossible (took almost a month), and instead of serving me when I showed up he lingered outside the shop smoking and talking. Two years ago I would of gladly recommended this place, but now I warn everyone to steer clear.
