Randi is awesome! We initially came in for my daughters birthday to get her ears pierced. Unfortunately, my kiddo was a little freaked and only got one ear pierced. We came back in today (a little over a week later) and got her other ear pierced. Randi went through extra mile to make my girl comfortable and happy. She gave my daughters Mickey Mouse stuffy an ear piercing first, so she could feel brave about getting her own ear pierced. And then afterwards gave her a Popsicle to celebrate being a brave girl! Prices are fair, and it was easy to make an appointment. But Randi is the reason I will come back to this shop. She went above and beyond what was expected. I got my conch pierced here today, and I will definitely come back in the future. Thank you, Randi!
Amazing place. I kept changing my appointment date due to work. Nathan was accommodating twice, once we arrived i changed the design as did my husband last second and he was extremely nice and made our tattoos come out better than we excepted.
Randi is amazing! I got angel fangs, a septum, and my eyebrow done by Randi and they are PERFECT. I was given a great rundown on aftercare instruction as well. I would recommend this shop to everyone, as staff is welcoming and shop space is inviting and comforting! Will come back.
