James was absolutely wonderful! He was very intentional about explaining the process and also giving his professional opinion when asked. Piercings were extremely affordable and I will never go anywhere else in Buffalo for a piercing! Great job James!!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I went with my sister and best friend for the BOGO deal that was happening today, and we all got our nipples pierced. James was super informative and calm which definitely helped calm my nerves, and he was extremely efficient but in a way that didn’t make me feel rushed at all. He also let me and my sister listen to music because we thought it would make the experience easier. Again, James was super sweet and overall created a very comfortable atmosphere, we all agreed that this will not be our last time at this place. Absolutely recommend to everyone!

Rick is the best! Had my family invade the shop with 8 of us getting something or another. My daughter got her nose done for her 17th birthday. She was super nervous and Rick was amazing with her! Been coming to Rick for over 15years and I will continue forever!
