Divine Tattoo

Was visiting from out of town and had a quick appointment with Derek. Had a great time. Price was reasonable, shop was clean, and he was super cool to hang out with for a while. I would 100% go back. I heard back from the shop (Derek) within 30 minutes of requesting the appointment. We text a few times, and he kept me up to date on changes. Couldnt ask for anything more than that.

I worked with Mando for multiple tattoos over the last few months. He asked for $100 holding appointment deposit. I asked on day one what happens with the $100. I asked again midway through my last tattoo work a few weeks ago about using my $100 deposit. I was told every time that it would be used towards my last tattoo. The last tattoo discussion was that he would apply it to my final session. That didn’t happen and there was a chance I would get another tattoo so I was willing to apply it towards the next tattoo. I spent a few thousand dollars on my tattoos with Mando. Today I reached out to Mando and told him I will not be getting more tattoos for at least a year so if he could send me the $100 back as it wasn’t used for any of the work done. His response was a completely different story from any of our conversations about the deposit….all of a sudden today it’s a non-refundable deposit. Followed by no response from Mando when I mentioned that was not what we agreed upon from day one. His art work was good but this business practice is shady. I will not be recommending Mando or Divine Tattoo based on these practices.

Was in town for a work conference and wanted a new tattoo, so I looked over the internet for a good shop and sent out some emails asking. Derek replied in less than 30 minutes and we set a time to come in and another client was unable to make their time slot and was able to come in early and I am very happy with the work done. He sure is a great guy and very personable
