Haunted Hands

Absolutely one of the best experiences I've had at a tattoo shop. My expectations walking in were already high (I came in on a first Friday flash event) and Haunted Hands still somehow managed to exceed that. Please don't sleep on this shop. Literally every single person I interacted with was such a sweetheart--couple that with every artist being a bucket-full of raw artistic talent that it was impossible to leave without a happy memory and an amazing tattoo. I will absolutely be back for another tattoo, regardless of the 2 hour drive!

I was lucky enough to get tattooed by Lisa, the shop owner. I had showed up to their Friday walk-in for one of her seasonal flash and she was already full for the day, but she really went above and beyond - reached out to me later and booked me in at a time that worked for me. I met her for the first time on the day of the tattoo and she immediately put me at ease by explaining her process and really took the time to help me pick the best size & placement. During the tattoo she was communicative & checked in often, plus we had fantastic conversations! Let me tell you, the SKILL evident in my new tattoo is mind-blowing, the lines are so crisp & the shading is just perfect. The skull is even anatomically correct. Not only was it such a positive and comfortable experience to get tattooed by Lisa, but I’m obsessed with her workmanship. She is a true artist and it’s clear she puts her all in her work, from the design to making sure the piece fits the client’s vision and anatomy, and she did everything possible to make it a positive experience for me. Given that she runs the shop, I imagine the other artists are just as awesome. Can’t wait to go back!

I love getting tattoos at Haunted Hands. Love. I have gotten quite a few there from Bryanna, Lisa, Amanda, Laura, and Amy (guest artist). The shop is beautiful and very clean. I got my first tattoo from Lisa and we immediately hit it off. She is smart, funny, engaging, and outrageously talented. All of the other artists there are amazing. You would do very well to get a tattoo at this shop from anyone who is an artist or guest artist. I love my tattoos.
