Straight to the Point

I have been wanting to walk into this place for years and today I finally did it! I was immediately impressed by the staff and the classy ambiance of the place. All of my expectations were fulfilled. I had ambitions for 3 piercings, the helpful staff guided me and a friend of mine to the right jewelry selections and allowed us all the time and assistance we needed to make our choices. I am a little older than the front of the house staff but they made me feel right at home and conversation was easy, relatable and humorous. I have some high anxiety issues around any procedures involving needles or whatever, my concerns were heard and addressed professionally. The body piercer was all pro and did an amazing job, she made me feel so comfortable and cared for. I received great instruction for care and healing time along with a timeline for a follow up visit to adjust jewelry once healed. I have had piercings before and I can say that this piercing salon is top notch. I am already thinking about what I want that will bring me back in. Thank you!

I initially came here after getting diagnosed with cancer and needing to remove all of my piercings so that I could do all of the imaging and surgeries required. Veronica and her daughters were super professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Veronica even assisted in fixing my daith piercing, which isn't an easy piercing to heal. They demonstrated in-depth knowledge of jewellery, different types of piercings and their unique needs, and how to troubleshoot with finicky piercings that require a little more TLC. I am definitely returning here for my future piercings because of their friendly demeanour and the way I was treated as a client. Highly recommend!

Veronica and Lily are the best. I got nose pierced and due to unforeseen circumstances, l had to take it out after 2 weeks. I went back to have Veronica re-insert it. She was awesome and it didn’t hurt at all. Lily was very kind and very professional. The shop is clean and the ladies there are so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Straight to the Point. PS…. I am 70 years old and getting my nose pierced for the first time!!! They made me feel so welcome!!!
