I don’t want to rate low because my interactions were limited, but it’s not a great look, or feeling, to be a brand new client who was planning on spending a lot for a full leg sleeve and then the tattoo artist cancels 24 hours prior. Had the artist apologized first, offered to refund my deposit, or just a slight discount because they cancelled the appointment I had scheduled for 2 months in advance, then I probably would have rescheduled instead of cancel altogether and look elsewhere for a reliable tattoo artist. I’m incredibly empathetic to life happening and rescheduling when necessary, but the interaction with this artist made me feel like a dollar sign rather than a human being who spent 2 months eagerly waiting for this tattoo.
I’ve been getting tattooed by these fine folks since they were at Pen & Ink and I have never been disappointed. Stevi, Sam, and Dustin maintain a clean, professional work environment and always come through with beautiful work.
Dustin always does great work. The artists here are super chill and Hella talented.
