Brilliance Piercing

Valerie is one of if not the best piercer I’ve ever had the pleasure of having. I’ve come to Brilliance for a few years now for a lobe piercing and several jewelry changes. The jewelry selection is always amazing. I got my 10th ear piercing done here last week, and the lovely person helping me when I initially came in (I can’t remember her name, sorry!) and Valerie were so patient and informative. I came to see if my ear would allow for a forward helix of hidden helix as a second opinion from another piercer. Valerie was very thorough in explaining how my ear shape would not be suitable for healing a forward helix, but said it could still be done. I really enjoyed all of her explanations and how passionate she was about piercings and finding the right jewelry that would fit my theme. I decided to get a not so hidden helix, as my helix doesn’t fold over enough, and Valerie was so reassuring through the entire process. I’d highly recommend!!

I had my daith piercing done here, and the experience was excellent. Jen was extremely professional, calm, and knowledgeable, which instantly put me at ease. Everything was clean and sterile, and the procedure was quick with minimal discomfort. Jen explained the aftercare clearly and checked that the placement was perfect before piercing. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. The healing has been going smoothly, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I highly recommend this place for daith piercings!
