The Aviary Tattoo Shop

Have gotten two tattoos here in the past month and I love them both. The shop is clean, calm, and comfortable. Gretchen, the owner, is phenomenal. SO friendly and welcoming, incredibly talented. I cannot recommend here enough! My wife also got two tattoos here, one with Gretchen and one with Madeline, and loves both of them as well. She will be going back for her third (with them) next week! If you're looking for a laid back, friendly, clean, and highly skilled shop, LOOK NO FURTHER.

I worked with Gretchen to host a fundraiser flash event, and she was absolutely wonderful! The tattoos done by Gretchen, Madeline, and Kendra were incredible, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everyone who attended commented on how welcoming, inclusive, and comforting the environment was. Even when things got a little hectic during the event planning process, Gretchen went above and beyond to make sure there was a great variety of cute flash designs available. Overall, I highly recommend coming here- especially if it’s your first tattoo! The whole team is incredibly kind, patient, and talented. This is my little business cat I got from the event! (Theres saniderm on it!)

I got a bat tattoo during a flash event here in October. I just went back to get an angler fish and a bee, both by Gretchen. Gretchen had an angler fish ready for me when I arrived and with some few tweaks. because of my preference, she came out with the perfect lil fish for me and my friend. She has a gentle hand and is great at communicating what’s going on. I highly recommend this clean, woman owned shop! Shop min is $100. (We wish you well tat with fish and bunny tat are from elsewhere.)
