Tron is a gem! His ability to turn my vision of my very first tattoo into a reality has been nothing short of amazing! He is knowledgeable on design, sizing and placement, and set realistic expectations before, during, and after my appointment. He was extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and helped ease the nerves I was feeling. He went over all after-care instructions thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable before leaving the shop. Other artists also checked in on me while the work was being done; it’s like a little family making sure you’re okay and complimenting the work being done. I highly recommend Dark Horse. Great group of people. :)

I must say Tron is the shit. He finished what another artist screwed me on. He did a amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was comfortable. I will be back

A friend of mines visited this place for a tattoo that was agreed on. Come to the appointment the artist half did the tattoo and claims the rest wouldn’t be a good fit, despite being sure it was cool during consultation. During the session the artist was being lazy and careless. Other artists commentary was heard and very inappropriate to listen to. My friend was still charged $600 for the tattoo when it didn’t take as long as it was said to and it was unfinished. I don’t recommend a place that leaves room for miscommunication and money gouging regardless if the work is “good”. Costumer service is valuable when the work is honest AND Professional.
