Although the aesthetician was nice, she was completely non communicative. Maybe I should’ve made a point to say I want my lashes to look VERY curled, but they don’t even look curled at all. My lashes are naturally longer, and she did not ask me when starting if I would like her to use the bigger roller or smaller one. After she told me she used the bigger roller because of my eyelash length, and that it tends to give a more “soft, subtle lift”. Why would I want a subtle lift if I’m paying for my lashes to be CURLED. Kori was nice enough to allow me the chance to apply for a refund through Groupon, but I’m unsure if I’ll receive one through them. Extremely disappointed. The pictures are post lash service.

First of all her she is so fluid with her communication. Her space is very cute and comfy, with great music. Her knowledge and skills are TOP TIER... I LOVE my brows...Lips next.... I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend her...

This was my first visit and my brows came out so perfect. I was so amazed and totally satisfied. I’m thinking other services I’d like to try. It’s a very warm and comfortable setting. Consider me as a regular client, I’ll certainly be back very soon. Korie is a gem!
