Globe Electric Tattoo

The best tattoo shop I’ve ever been to. Eric and Susan are both super talented and together their range covers almost any style of work you could want. Plus, because they put so much thought into the physical space - spacious booths, comfortable tables, no walk-ins - the shop itself is extremely calm and comfortable. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I recently got a sternum tattoo here, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease, and that’s no small feat, since I’m basically the princess and the pea when it comes to comfort! Susan was not only incredibly talented (the artwork is stunning), but also deeply thoughtful and attentive. She checked in often, explained everything clearly, and made me feel calm, seen, and empowered through a process that could’ve been intimidating. The studio itself is cozy and inviting, and the vibe is warm, professional, and welcoming. It’s rare to find that combination of top-tier artistry and customer service. Susan has it in spades! I’m absolutely in love with my piece and already counting down the days until I come back to start work on my arms!

I’ve now had two appointments with Eric, and have a third coming up. I have been absolutely thrilled with everything about the experience. Eric has been great to work with through the design phase, and has helped me plan out a full sleeve tattoo. The work he has done has been excellent, and I have already received numerous compliments on the quality, color/shading, and crispness of the tattoo. Where Globe Electric really sets its self apart is the experience outside of the tattoo. They have a beautiful shop and take every precaution to ensure an extremely clean and hygienic environment. Eric did my first ever tattoo and let me know everything to expect up front. After the work was done, they provide clear aftercare instructions, including some travel size soap and lotion to make sure you have what you need. I even had a part of my design that Eric referred me out to someone else in town for because they were good in that particular style, which was greatly appreciated. My sleeve will take at least a few more appointments and I am excited to be working with such a great artist for it. They do have a long wait to get on the schedule, but there is a good reason for it and they are well worth the wait!
