I had a great experience here at Studs Union Market. Tam was my piercer. She was patient, encouraging, energetic, she provided clips for my hair & a stress ball because she knew I was anxious …she really made it a calm experience for me after 3 decades of having my first piercing. She was so good I went back for a 2nd time in one week. The person I had when I returned wasn’t as warm & fuzzy. Maybe he was having a bad day.. but I did not feel as calm, I wasn’t provided or asked If I needed hair clips, wasnt asked if I needed the stress ball, .. there was just less bedside manner. I wont name his name because he did get the job done. And I won’t deduct stars for that experience. Everyone else that works there has been a pleasure! I will definitely go back for a 3rd time.

First visit to the Union Market location! I walked in today for my tragus and upper midi (to create a snakebite). Norah, my piercer, was amazing! She was kind and bubbly and did a fabulous job! The manager, Ellen, could not have been kinder at check out! I’ve never been disappointed at Studs, but this visit was so enjoyable!! Thank you team Union Market!

I highly recommend this location. The person at the front desk was amazing and Nora was my piercer and was super kind, informative and did a great job doing my piercing. I will definitely be back! I got stacked lobe on both sides and a conch piercing.
