Piercing by Kelly - Waukesha Piercing

I went to get my third lobe piercing here. I called for a rough quote and was told around $100 which was already pricy to me. When I got there for my appointment I picked the cheapest jewelry I could and still paid over $200! About 2-3 weeks after the initial appointment I went back to get my post shortened (as I was recommended to do) because the originals were causing problems. She put posts that were too short in my ears and charged me an additional $65! I wasn’t very happy with that price either, but the service was already done and I’m not one to walk out on a finished service. A couple days after my piercings started to swell and hurt fairly bad. I didn’t want to go back and spend more money for poor service so I changed them myself before they were fully healed. The posts were so tight, I learned that all the cleaning I was doing was actually doing nothing. There were layers of ear gunk from how tight they were. I now have a huge scab on my left ear that I’m trying to figure out how to heal. Will not be returning. (Both times I arrived the staff was outside smoking. At my last appointment I was told my piercer would be a minute. She walked out for a smoke as I walked in for my appointment. I waited an additional 10min)

Got my belly button pierced here and it is CROOKED, the piercing is not even straight and has bothered me ever since. Very disappointing. I also have a friend who got hers done here and it was also crooked. The piercer woman was not friendly and it is also very overpriced. I paid over $120. Would not recommend.

I’ve gotten three lobe piercings here and I absolutely love the staff. Kelly did an amazing job and all 6 piercings were done perfectly. I’ve never had a single issue with the piercings or the staff
