I looked at the reviews online and chose this place to book a waxing. Unfortunately The young woman who was working there was having stomach issues. I understand we all have bodily issues in time to time. The problem is I showed up at 3:38 and I parked my vehicle on the other side of the parking lot in the shade since I was so early. I waited a few minutes and I walked up to the door and rang the bell at exactly 348 two minutes before my appointment I stood directly in front of the door and a very colorful blue and yellow outfit for 13 minutes. Someone from another business let me in. I sat in front of the sugar door for six minutes. When someone came out of the restroom, she looks surprised to see it. She said she had looked out the door for a vehicle. And then was pretty snarky about whether or not I have filled out any online paperwork, which was not clear since nothing like that was said in the text that AI was sending. I’ve gone to other places for waxing and I’ve never had to sign up consent form so But I would’ve been happy to do it. The problem started when she decided to repeat herself that and say I wasn’t at the door. By this time I was cold and tired of waiting and I thanked and said goodbye. I will never go back to any of these places. And I’ve asked for ALL of my information to be removed from their database. It’s amazing how quickly AI turns into a real person. Don’t bother going here. There are so many choices
