Went for under arm waxing with Lisette and it was great. She’s super knowledgeable and professional. I felt heard and taken care of. She offered recommendations for dark spots and ingrown hairs and I ended up buying a product from their shelf. The place itself is super cute, welcoming, and clean. I’m planning to return for other waxing services.

From the moment I walked into Pink Waxing Co., I was greeted by friendly staff, and the lobby immediately caught my eye—it’s fun, stylish, and very welcoming. The waxing room itself did not feel clinical at all. Instead of feeling like I was at a doctor’s office, the space had beautiful décor with a Sex and the City vibe, which made me feel much more relaxed. My esthetician, Lisette, was friendly and professional throughout the entire appointment. She checked in with me during the process and made sure I was comfortable. I let her know that I’m new to waxing and had only done it once or twice before—and never on my full face—so I was pretty nervous. She took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything. I really appreciated that she let me know nostrils are included with a full-face wax and asked if I wanted them done instead of just doing it without asking (I opted out). I was honestly surprised by how soft my face felt afterward—and it still feels amazing two weeks later. It feels moisturized without even touching it, and my makeup goes on so smoothly. Even though my eyebrows are naturally thin, she shaped them beautifully without making them look smaller, which really helped bring out my eyes. My underarms are also incredibly smooth. Normally, when I shave, the hair grows back the next morning (or so it feels like), but it’s been two weeks, and there’s only minimal, soft regrowth that’s barely noticeable. I will definitely be going back. If you’re looking for a new, hip place with a great vibe—where you don’t feel like you’re at a medical appointment—Pink Waxing Co. is absolutely the place to go.

Lisette was amazing. She was walking me through everything she made me feel really comfortable. I came in really scared and shy not knowing what to expect thankfully Lisette made this experience wonderful for me. She recommended products for aftercare, ingrown hair I ended up buying two products. It’s a really safe and clean environment.
