I love getting my nails done by Klaryssa! She’s kills it every time. I trust her opinion and style recommendations. I appreciate her catering to whatever mood I’m in that day- real talkative or earphones in type of visit. 10/10 every time

Amberley is an absolutely outstanding artist. This salon has the best vibes. It's definitely alternative and spooky which i love but even if that's not you, they'll make you feel so comfortable and at ease. Alexis is also an amazing artist. I LOVE this place. I would never go anywhere else for my nails.

I went to this salon on the recommendation of a friend. I hadn’t had any nail services in 6 months, so my nails were clean and natural. I was not greeted when I got there, and finally my tech yawned, and asked if I was Theresa. She asked me what I wanted and I said a red cat eye with snowflakes and the pedicure to match. The color was burgundy/brown. When she was doing the pedicure I told her the big toe was cloudy, she seemed bothered and tried to fix it but you can see from the pictures it still looks like a big smudge. My initial set was ok, but the hard gel was way too thick, especially underneath. I went for a fill two and a half weeks later and she again seemed bothered that I arrived on time and was slow. I told her I wanted to change the shape of the nail (which she did) and that I was really bothered with how thick the nails were. As you can see from my photos the nails are thick and uneven and she drilled down the nails but didn’t paint the tips. My hands are being filmed for my work, and I told her in the beginning details really matter to me. I think in time this person will have the skills to do a good job, but right now she is lacking and today after looking at my nails and hating them I decided to call and cancel my next appointment. I was not asked to reschedule, the cancellation took less than 30 seconds. One plus I would like to say about this salon is that their online appointment system is awesome and also they are in a great location with plenty of parking. I think if they polish up some of these details with customer experience and technical skills they will be great. But if I’m going to spend $80 on a manicure, I expect them to be out of this world.
