I love coming to Dolores for her wax service! She always makes me feel so comfortable and makes the process as easy and painless as possible! Got my first Brazilian wax here and haven’t left!

Very friendly, a little painful (personally low pain tolerance), not the best lighting for this kind of work in the room (missed some spots even after getting some missed spots, most likely due to lighting), tidy, easy to find location. A little rushed towards the end of the appointment as another appointment was waiting. Overall not a bad experience.

Dolores was so sweet, but her work isn’t the best at all. In terms of eyebrows. She needs to get her skills up. Other than that the place was clean and safe. Parking was easy. Super cute location. Will not be coming back for eyebrows with Dolores. She needs additional training. My eyebrows are my favorite thing about me, and unfortunately I cried for a while after I left. I didn’t want to hurt her feelings but she did terrible. I know once she gets her skills up she will be fine. Just being honest. (Attached two pics, the one in the left with the brown hat was Dolores work, the other pic is what my eyebrows are used to looking like.) I booked the appt bcus of the pics and reviews on her website, but like she admitted she needs to update her website and add new content.
