Update: I appreciate the owner for issuing me a refund following my experience. They addressed the situation with professionalism and care, and I truly valued that. I’m hopeful that this was an isolated incident, and I trust that my experience will encourage greater caution with future clients. —— My appointment was yesterday, November 17th at 12PM with the lash artist Kaleigh. I left the appointment with slightly irritated eyes yesterday, but by this morning, the redness and discomfort had noticeably worsened. I do not recall Kaleigh washing her hands prior to beginning the lash application, and although I have had eyelash extensions done in the past, I have never experienced a reaction like this to lash glue. I am unsure of the exact cause, but I am currently experiencing significant pain, and my eyes are severely bloodshot. Please see the photo I attached for reference. Not to mention, I am also questioning if I received hybrid lashes like I paid for. My lashes look like I received a Classic set. I've gotten hybrid lashes done before and they were a lot fuller. Overall, my experience with The Babe Bar has been disappointing. I would appreciate a prompt response from them regarding how this situation can be resolved. I have emailed and called them with no response so far. I will update my review once I hear back from them.

The only reason I gave two stars is because my lashtech was really nice. Service was okay they never got back to me, never checked in on my lashes after. I left a voice mail. My lashes were nice but on the second day fell off, by the third half my lashes were gone. I would'nt have cared but lashes are expensive and I understand that. But for half of them to fall off, not okay . Im not the type to complain either . I had to go to another lash tech by the end of the week to go get a new set.

I went into the babe bar and I was absolutely blown away by the service I received. I got a relaxing facial as well as a brow lamination and tint by Maya. She was so amazing and gave me the best facial I have ever received. She was extremely thorough and targeted all of my skin concerns I explained to her during our consultation process. My brow lamination is still in tact and I felt a lot more confident walking out! She is absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to anyone in need of self care therapy!!! Book with Maya!!
