Tried this place out for the first time today. Booked an appt with Taylor per all the glowing reviews, and she did not disappoint!! I was lowkey nervous because it had been a while since my last wax but she was so professional, kind, and fun to chat with. I would definitely recommend visiting and booking with Taylor!

I’ve been to this location a couple of times, and this time was the worst. The girl was pretty harsh and ripped the wax off my skin super quick. There were areas she missed and some obvious ingrowns that someone else at this store used to remove for me, but she didn’t. She just asked if I would pay more for a mask to help prevent ingrowns and didn’t even pick them out. no talking, very silent. I felt embarrassed. She did everything very quickly, like she didn’t want to do it. Would recommend the Midtown location and won’t come back to this one again.

i’ve come to this location many times never had any complaints always left happy but SUCURRO!!! THE BEST! i never leave reviews even though i say i will but im literally leaving this one in the parking lot. Her attention to detail, her demeanor/kindness, everything, amazing amazing amazing!
