!! Please read, honest and unbiased opinion.!!!! The lady who did my wax was VERY sweet and understanding, quick and professional. Really knew what she was doing and gave great advice. I did tell her this was only my 2nd wax and 1st soft wax. And she took great care of me. The only reason I’m making this post is because during the wax i commented multiple times that the wax was VERY hot, and as my 1st time getting a soft wax I didn’t expect or know how hot the wax was. She double checked the setting on the warmer (which seems to have been on for a minute) and it was to the standard temperature they must always have it on. So I don’t think she intentionally tried to harm me. However when I came home (mind you I’m a darkskin woman) my entire private area was red. And the burning stinging pain of what I thought was the wax never went away. Which I thought was abnormal because after my last wax the pain was gone as soon as I left. Today I woke up and the red area completely scabbed up, and it looks like I have 1st degree burns all around my private area. Again I don’t think she knew it was that hot. But during the wax she said I was sweating and shaking uncontrollably, I’m assuming she thought it was because this was my 1st soft wax, (this should have been a sign that the wax was indeed to hot) and I wish she would have tested the temperature for herself. And I also wished that I knew enough to know that wasn’t normal but I thought it was because my skin is sensitive that I was in so much pain. However I didn’t experience that in my previous hard wax. I wouldn’t say I would never come back or tell people not to go, but if the wax is to hot for you to withstand SAY SOMETHING AND HAVE THEM PUT IT ON THEMSELVES. Because I was in a a lot of pain (still am lowkey). But other then that, she did a great job. I just wish my concerns weren’t brushed off the way it was.

I always come here for my eyebrow threading, and Alisha never disappoints! She does such an amazing job every single time very professional, gentle, and precise. I always leave happy with my brows. Highly recommend her!
