My appointment was at 9:15 and I overslept which is my fault. When I called I did apologize and asked about rescheduling. “Oh we don’t have any more appointments today honey we’re fully booked” in a very nasty tone and that was it. No “I can schedule you for another day” or anything. I went back to read the cancellation policy and saw that I could’ve rescheduled for another day and the 100% cancellation charge would go toward my next appointment. But that wasn’t mentioned when I was on the phone with her. I then received an automated text for rescheduling which I declined because I don’t want to be in an environment like that. I’m sure she was not happy about having that early of an appointment call at the last minute, but things do happen and customer service still matters. It’s a business right? Just be prepared for a lack of customer service if life happens folks. ✨ Enjoy the cancellation fee babe.

Love it here!! Went back for the second time yesterday. She’s professional, quick but EFFICIENT (spotless baby MUAH), personable, and the cost makes sense. Finally found my new waxing home fr 🙏🏽🙏🏽 and her wax is great!

Christina is very friendly! I went in for my first vajacial. She sparks up conversation and also has a movie playing to keep you occupied. However, you may have a hard time locating the place. There's an alley down the side of Bark ATL. The entrance is a side door and you'll go up a flight of stairs. If you see Remedy Spa & Salon, you're in the right place.
