Hello Sugar | Atlanta Ansley Mall - Brazilian Wax & Sugar Salon

Heather was extremely rude, cold, and rushed me. First of all she called me two hours before my appointment and asked if I could come in earlier because someone else cancelled which I thought was odd but I agreed since I thought maybe it would mean more clients more her. When I arrived five minutes late however she rushed me and told me I only had five minutes left of my appointment?!? First of all I went out of my way to move my appointment up like she asked and now she’s acting like I owe her something for being five minutes late. She did not smile at me and just tried to sell me the packages but when I told her I just wanted to try it out and probably wouldn’t buy today she gave a mean smirk. She just seemed like she just wanted to get people in and out and sell things to make the most profit. She also didn’t even let me put a tip she simply put 20 percent on there.

Went today on a whim and was greeted and taken care of by Alexis B. Immediately felt taken care of as she was incredibly knowledgeable about the whole experience. I’ve been getting waxed for years and have been through many salons. She is quick, effective and efficient. In and out in 20 minutes but never felt rushed. You receive great perks with the membership for the same price of a brazilian wax anywhere else in the area. I would highly highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars or even negative zero stars I would. The place is absolutely hard to find They don’t have their own building . There in a salon suite and directions suck. I came in 1 min after my grace period because I was freakin lost. I had to call customer service to get directions . The young lady to do my wax after being 1 min past my grace period basically told me she had to reschedule me because of 1 min!! I was literally lost for like 5 mins riding around d trying to find this place because it is in a salon plaza . Secondly I asked for a refund they said no . Tried to push me back to a later time . Rude as hell. Both women. Do not come do not waste your time . Everything about it is very ghetto !! As you can see in the picture they do not have their own salon . Their in a salon so you don’t even know where unless you call and when you call one of the prompts literally say if you are lost press 1 which means people get lost very often Don’t waste your time go somewhere else *this is a response back to whoever responds to the reviews . There is a ten minute grace period let’s be clear Majority of those ten minutes were spent looking for the place I came in and the lady said I was a minute past my grace period . For the simple fact that you are trying to make me feel like I was the problem lets me know what type of business this is. On top of the fact I called twice to have assistance in finding the shop. I will never do business with this company . I never received multiple text or any of that . Please don’t fabricate a story to counter act the negative review . Just do better 0 out of ten WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
